AscendBridge Solutions maintains one of the most knowledgeable CATIA and ENOVIA SmarTeam support centres in North America. Our Customer Support Centre has grown to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Surveys indicate that the number one complaint among help centres is the automated assistance. To ensure high satisfaction we schedule resources to allow for full personal interaction. We recognize that a call to our helpDesk is placed to resolve an issue that is affecting and/or impacting your overall business.

We ensure that our associates are available to answer and provide immediate response to your problems. To provide quick resolution to your call or access past history, AscendBridge utilizes a central database that permits all associates to view/edit account information. This means that your inquiry can be efficiently handled by anyone in our support team and helpDesk.
